Remember, regular brake inspections should be part of your vehicle's ongoing maintenance, helping to ensure its safety
and reliability. At Dal Pozzo's, we will examine your brakes,

explain what's needed and provide a written estimate before any work is done.

The safety and reliability of your car is important to us. So, give us a call if you experience any of these symptoms:

1) Continuously squealing brakes

Continuous grinding and squealing sounds usually mean it’s time for new brake pads or shoes-- rotors and drums need to be replaced when they are worn and thin.

2) Low or spongy brake pedal

A spongy brake pedal is usually caused by a drop in pressure in the brake lines, which can be caused by anything from air or breaks in the line, to having too little break fluid.

There are several components in your car that together ensure safe stops: proper levels of hydraulic brake fluids, proper functioning of the brake master cylinder which powers brake boosters, and either drum brakes, disc brakes or both.

We recommend that you have your brakes inspected once a year.
